On February 16, 2018, the TUM Speakers Series proudly welcomed Eric Schmidt, former Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Alphabet, to the Audimax at TUM’s main campus for an insightful presentation and moderated talk.

The event titled Ok, Google - What’s the Future? was made possible through our partnership with Munich Security Conference (MSC) and provided our guests and students with the great opportunity of listening to and learning from the former leader of one of the biggest technology companies of our time.

Eric provided insights in his work with Alphabet and its flagship-brand Google, as well as his perspectives on the development of AI and how it will shape our future. He also talked about his career as a writer, sharing ideas from his New York Times bestselling book How Google Works, especially on the perfect employee he described as a smart creative in his book.
